Inspired by the photos of Karl Blossfeldt and the philosophy and drawings of Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss).

PROCESS + MATERIALS

The legs and lamp pod were created using a combination of hand carving, 3-D scanning and inverted 3-D printing. These elements were then cast in recycled magnesium-aluminum, burnished, acid-rubbed and then welded.

VARIATIONS

Alternative finishes are available: 1) Burnished Bright (polished), 2) Burnished and hand-rubbed with elixirs for a dark patina.

Available in a tall and a taller height.
